How we work

From first sketch to handover

Architecture is a slow art. We move deliberately — listening before drawing, testing before committing. Every decision is earned.

Phase 01

Listen & discover

Site visits, workshops, and deep listening. We learn the land, the brief, and the people
before any line is drawn.

Phase 02

Concept design

Sketches, models, and options.
Multiple directions explored and
narrowed through discussion — never a single answer too early.

Phase 03

Developed design

Detailed drawings, material
specifications, and engineering
coordination. Fully resolved before going to consent.

Phase 04

Construction & CA

On-site presence throughout. We administrate the contract and stay engaged until the building is yours.
